A Different Approach to Headaches and Migraines
Recurring headaches can affect your work, sleep, family time, and ability to enjoy everyday life. At Precision Spine & Wellness, we evaluate the relationship between the upper cervical spine, nervous system, posture, and the symptoms you are experiencing.

Looking Beyond the Location of the Pain
Head pain does not always begin where it is felt. Tension, altered joint motion, posture, previous injuries, and irritation around the upper cervical region may influence how the nervous system functions.
Our doctors perform a detailed examination to better understand the patterns contributing to your symptoms. When appropriate, we develop an individualized chiropractic care plan based on your examination findings and health goals.
What Your First Visit May Include
-
Your visit begins with a one-on-one conversation with one of our doctors. We'll take time to understand your concerns, health history, and goals while learning how your nervous system may be impacting your health.
-
Our doctors will perform a detailed nervous system assessment to evaluate how well your brain and body are communicating. This helps us identify areas of stress and dysfunction so we can better understand the root cause of your concerns.
-
Our doctors will complete a thorough chiropractic examination, evaluating posture, spinal alignment, movement, and overall function. Every examination is personalized to your unique needs and focused on helping your nervous system function at its best.
-
If clinically appropriate, our doctors may recommend digital X-rays to better understand your spinal structure. This allows us to provide precise, individualized care based on your unique findings.
How Care Works
Chiropractic care focuses on improving spinal function and supporting healthy communication between the brain and body. Our approach is personalized to your examination findings rather than based only on the name of a symptom.
Some patients seek our care because they want to address recurring discomfort, improve mobility, reduce physical tension, or better support their overall health.
