Find Answers When the World Feels off Balance
Dizziness and vertigo can make everyday activities feel unpredictable and overwhelming. At Precision Spine & Wellness, our doctors take the time to understand your symptoms and evaluate how your nervous system, upper cervical spine, and overall body function may be contributing to the way you feel.
Dizziness can have many different causes, which is why a careful evaluation is so important. Whether your symptoms began suddenly or have been present for years, our goal is to better understand what your body is communicating and determine whether chiropractic care is an appropriate part of your healthcare plan.
At Precision Spine & Wellness, we don't believe in simply chasing symptoms. Our doctors focus look at the influence of the upper cervical spine, posture, and movement to examine the way your body processes balance and coordination.
Because dizziness can have many potential causes, our examination helps us come up with a plan on how we can help.

What to Expect at Your First Visit
-
Your visit begins with a one-on-one conversation with one of our doctors. We'll take time to understand your concerns, health history, and goals while learning how your nervous system may be impacting your health.
-
Our doctors will perform a detailed nervous system assessment to evaluate how well your brain and body are communicating. This helps us identify areas of stress and dysfunction so we can better understand the root cause of your concerns.
-
Our doctors will complete a thorough chiropractic examination, evaluating posture, spinal alignment, movement, and overall function. Every examination is personalized to your unique needs and focused on helping your nervous system function at its best.
-
If old enough, X-rays are required in order for your Doctors to be able to analyze the Upper Cervical spine to give you specific, gentle adjustments.
How Care Works
At Precision Spine & Wellness, our approach to chiropractic care is centered on helping your nervous system function at its highest potential. Your care begins with a comprehensive consultation, neurological assessment, and advanced INSIGHT™ scans that objectively measure how well your nervous system is adapting to stress. To ensure every adjustment is as precise and specific as possible, we take specialized upper cervical X-rays that allow our doctors to analyze the exact alignment of your spine and determine the correction your body needs. Using this detailed analysis, we deliver gentle, customized adjustments designed to reduce nervous system interference and restore healthy communication between your brain and body. Throughout your care, we repeat INSIGHT scans to objectively track your progress and ensure your nervous system is healing and adapting as intended. Every step of your care is personalized, data-driven, and focused on helping you and your family achieve lasting health from the inside out.

Every patient is unique. X-rays allow the doctor to evaluate and analyze the unique position of your upper cervical spine to determine how an adjustment needs to be delivered.
-
No. At PSW, our Doctors take their time to go through your health history, scans, chiropractic analysis, and X-rays to come up with the best individualized correction of care for you. After your first visit, you will schedule your report of findings where you sit down with one of our doctors, and they will go through all of the findings from the initial exam with you. Your first adjustment will be on the second visit.
-
The first two visits typically take the most time. Those visits take about 45 minutes to an hour. Visits after that are much less, around 10-15 minutes.
