Meet the Founders
Drs. John and Carissa Moldthan founded Precision Spine and Wellness with a shared passion for serving families through precise, neurologically focused chiropractic care. After meeting in chiropractic school, they spent three years gaining valuable experience in successful offices in Florida before returning to Georgia to plant roots, get married, and open a practice of their own. Guided by their faith and a heart for service, they are committed to creating a welcoming environment where families feel supported, valued, and empowered in their health journey.
Meet Our Team
Dr. Carissa Moldthan, DC
A proud Georgia native, Dr. Carissa earned her Bachelor’s and Doctorate of Chiropractic degrees from Life University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After graduation, she practiced for three years in a successful Florida office, gaining extensive hands-on experience caring for families. She has earned her Diplomate in Chiropractic Craniocervical Junction Procedures and is advancing her training in the Orthospinology technique. Grounded in her faith and love for her community, Dr. Carissa is committed to providing precise, compassionate care that helps families experience lasting wellness.
Dr. John Moldthan, DC
Dr. John earned his Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Missouri before graduating Magna Cum Laude from Life University with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He spent three years practicing in Florida, where he developed a strong passion for pediatric chiropractic care. He is certified through The Pediatric Experience and is currently pursuing Webster Technique certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. John is dedicated to helping children and families thrive through gentle, precise care rooted in integrity and compassion.
